For the first time since the invention of the closet bolt, installers can control the direction of the foot while setting the toilet on the flange. One quick glance at the unique "broached tip" design of these solid brass bolts shows the direction of the bolt foot.
Raised knobs on the underside of the foot prevents movement after setting the toilet, simplifying the installation process. BLUE MONSTER Advantage™ Closet Bolts true breakoff feature eliminates the need to saw the bolt to the proper length.
The bolts are machined to facilitate a clean "break-off" at the correct level with a pair of pliers. This feature also allows for easy removal of the solid brass nut if disassembly is required. The specially designed "gripping toes" on the underside of the foot virtually eliminate slippage. A stainless steel washer is included making Blue Monster Bolts totally non-corrosive.
